In this video, I drive into the Smoky Mountains and set up camp for a peaceful solo night winter camping in a rooftop tent and dome ice fishing tent. No talking, just the natural sounds of camping, cooking, and being outside. I set up my hammock and try and enjoy the chilly winter sunshine. I have a charcuterie snack of various fruits, nuts and Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams & Bacon 24-Month Aged Prosciutto. I read a little bit and enjoy the peaceful vibes of my tent. I make a simple but delicious meal of steak udon noodles with foraged wild onions, play guitar, have a few drinks, make tea, make popcorn enjoy my disco lights, listen to the sounds of the mountains, and settle in for a quiet evening surrounded by nature and a wild pack of coyotes.
