Appreciation post. I know a lot of you only see me out at the booth, but Mr Sprout is the backbone of our business. Your microgreens are hand seeded, meticulously cared for all week long, and go through a rigorous final inspection before making it out to the market.

When you walk by and shout “those are beautiful,” that is because of all of his hard work. He’s the hardest working man and it shows in the quality of the product.

Shop local, support your community and stay healthy out there folks. We appreciate every one of you and you’re the reason we are out here 🌱❤️👨🏻‍🌾
