Hello everyone! For PHOTOGRAERS, this is the website that will be used to book appointment times.

Directions to book:

1. Click the book button
2. Pick either half or full day
3. Pick ONE option of regular or photography for __ (they are both the same timeframe but two different slots)
4. Pick your preferred date and timeslot
5. Fill in information and read cancellation policy
6. Press confirm and wait for a confirmation email/text

Cancellation policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 week before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit holds your spot and is applied toward your total session cost, but will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to your scheduled session. With proper notice, you will receive a full refund minus the $75 deposit.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the loss of your full payment and removal from future opportunities, depending on the situation.

In the case of inclement weather, we will communicate and agree on a new date that works for both the farm and the photographer. Your scheduled session will carry over to the rescheduled session.

Payment Policy:

All agreed-upon fees must be paid in full by the day of the shoot, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Failure to make full payment may result in exclusion from future bookings or collaborations. This policy helps ensure respect for time and professionalism on both sides. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Christmas is 143 days away! As we are approaching that day quickly photographers are starting to reach out about booking. We are changing how we are booking and will be publishing a link where you can book yourself and select the date and time. We are taking payment in full up front. If you choose to cancel you can up to 7 days prior and receive $75 back. You can reschedule 7 days prior to your appointment. No shows forfeit their entire appointment and money.

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree! How much we’ve waited all year long. Today is the day we officially open and are so excited. Come out and make some family memories cutting down your own tree. We will be here until dusk

Christmas season is near! Here’s a little update on our season. We don’t open until the day after Thanksgiving so that would be November 24 at 10 am. We will be opened on Saturday from 10 to dark and Sunday from 1 to dark. Our hours will resume as normal: Thursday/Friday 12-dusk, Saturday 10-dusk, and Sunday 1-dusk. You can come check us out then
