Ho ho ho. Tis the season for holiday beers and what better time to release this one than Saturday? We took several hundred peppermints and crushed them up and dropped them all in this beer. Then, we took pounds of white chocolate bark and let it age on this stout for awhile. The result is a tasty holiday treat that you don’t want to miss. We’re preparing a taco bar with all the extras for everyone, and Casey has a ton of giveaways ready for the members! We can’t wait to see everyone there. 🎅🏼🍻

ANNIVERSARY BEER RELEASE: 30 Month Barrel Aged Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout - 10.1% ABV - We let our hefty stout base rest in bourbon barrels for 30 months. We did a couple different things with the BA stout after it came out. In a nod to one of our most requested beers, we made this version with chili peppers, Madagascar vanilla, cacao nibs, and cinnamon and let it age for a while longer on those ingredients. The result is this beautiful anniversary beer for all to share. First come first serve.

6 years ago we got the go ahead from the city in the afternoon of December 13th to open our doors. After several delays with permits, contractors, the city, etc we didn’t do a traditional soft opening, friends and family night, all the normal pre-opening soft type openings. We just turned the k**b on the lock on the door and announced we’re open. 😎. We’ve had a wild ride ever since. We’ve seen some things and stuff. But, most important…we’re here. We’re still turning out beers. We hope you all had enjoyed us as much as we’ve enjoyed serving y’all. Let’s keep this going 6+ more years. Cheers. 🥂
