Don't wait to begin the process of improving your health and happiness! My practice has over 30+ years of practicing dietetics in the field of nutrition. I hold a PhD in nutrition and am a Certified Eating Disorder dietitian. My staff are all Master's level clinicians. As a result, we are constantly seeking ways to better our clients lives through food, activity and creative self care. We speciali

ze in working with individuals, families, and groups who want support, accountability and education related to general nutrition and eating disorders/disordered eating. We also work with individuals seeking nutrition guidance for PCOS, hormone issues, body weight and body image concerns as well as food sensitivities, diabetes, and GI issues. Our philosophy is science based with a gentle, straight-forward approach. I hope you will find our practice a place of learning and healing. We are located in Knoxville, TN, but are also available for tele-health consultations. If you are in need of a speaker, we actively participate in public speaking events and enjoy educating people in the areas of emotional and physical health.
