The best of both worlds! These cheesy, saucy enchiladas are stuffed with seasoned beef, melty cheese, and pizza toppings—all rolled into one irresistible dinner!

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- Beef pepperoni slices (use halal beef pepperoni or turkey pepperoni)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion and bell pepper over medium heat until beef is browned and veggies are soft. Drain excess fat if needed.
