Got a lot going on tomorrow round us so we are opening at noon. Coneys on the menu plus we're adding a pig burger. We ground up some pork, added our rib rub and made some patties. We'll grill em up, and top em with slaw, pickles and BBQ sauce. Hope y'all enjoy. Cheers!

Man, we talked to the boys at Next Level Brewing Company bout doing a fish fry and they jumped in the boat and went fishin. Not sure what they are bringing in but we got some nice battered Haddock fillets served up with fries & slaw going down tonight. Goes great with their Czechs Mix, a dry hopped Czech Pilsner. Special tonight is coney dogs. Our supplier carries Big Red's Chili so we are gonna give it a shot. Apparently, Fred, also known as Big Red, owned a restaurant in London KY called The Cardinals Nest and was a popular spot back in the day. Looks like his daughter still sells his chili recipe out of her food truck nowadays. Lets give it a shot. Also, we have tiramisu back on the menu. Made a version this week with espresso, orange liqueur and raspberry jam. We'll see ya'll here shortly. Time to go get some prep done. Cheers!

Sitting here on a warm Sunday afternoon with some time to kill so giving ya a heads up. Nathan is gonna be your dude behind the bar at Next Level Brewing on Tuesdays!! And Nathan love his wings so it's now official Nathan's Wing Tuesday. We'll be here till 7pm tonight and then back at it Tuesday. Cheers!

We told ya we were gonna do this again. We keep our promises. We got fish coming in today so we can do a fish fry tomorrow night. Beer battered and fried haddock fillets with fries, coleslaw & tartar sauce is whats for dinner. And beer, don't forget the Next Level Brewing Company beer. It's like the perfect combo. We've been partial to their Viejo Norte Dark Mexican Lager lately. Just our suggestion. See ya tomorrow. Cheers!!
