For brunch tomorrow we've got this on the menu. A Monte Cristo Sandwich. Basically a Sandwich with ham, turkey, Swiss and American dipped in French toast batter and grilled. Dust it with some powdered sugar and serve it with some raspberry preserves. Brunch is 11am to 3pm, we'll see ya then. Cheers !

Game Day tomorrow! We will be opening at 3pm. We're making some bacon jam tonight for a burger special tomorrow. Toasted bun, two beef patties, bacon jam, pimento cheese, lettuce and tomato. Also gonna have battered and fried mushrooms with horsey sauce. See ya for the game. Cheers!

Man, we spent yesterday sucking up that AC. Feeling good and we'll be back at it today with our Wisconsin style Fish Fry. Fried Haddock, Potato Pancakes, Coleslaw, Rye Bread, Tartar & Sour Cream (for them pancakes). We should be ready to starting frying at 4pm. Since tomorrow is gonna be 136 degrees in the shade we are gonna take the day off.. I'm old and a wuss and don't have the will to do it. We will be back at 4pm Friday as normal with our Wisconsin style fish fry. Love for ya to run us outta fish. We'll see ya in a couple of days. Cheers!

Something fun for tonight. Basket of Fancy PIzza Rolls. We got them combination pizza rolls with the sausage and the pepperoni. We're gonna fry em up, then toss em in garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Side of that marinara dippy sauce. Bout as fancy as ya can make a pizza roll. See ya here shortly. Cheers!
