NEW WEATHER POLICY
If the high is below 60°, we will NOT be open.

👉 As of right now:
Friday & Saturday will be CLOSED unless the weather changes.

Mother Nature is calling the shots this weekend… and she’s not on our side 😅

🌧️ Saturday: CLOSED due to weather
🐣 Sunday: CLOSED for the holiday

BUT… we’re still planning to see you Today
🍧 4:30–8:00 PM

We may close a little early Friday if the weather slows things down, so come see us while you can!

WOW… what a day! 🤯🍧

We just want to take a minute and say THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our opening day at Knox’s Chill Shack! The support from this community amazing, and yesterday was a perfect reminder of why we love doing this. ❤️

We had an awesome turnout, and it was so good seeing so many familiar faces (and meeting some new ones too)!

We also want to apologize for the long lines at times and say thank you for your patience while we worked through the first-day kinks and got back into the swing of things. We promise—we’ll keep getting faster and smoother every day!

We can’t wait to keep serving you up that sweet, icy goodness all season long 🍧🔥

🚨 SOFT OPENING ALERT 🚨

Tomorrow (Monday the 30th) we’re kicking things off at Knox’s Chill Shack with a little soft opening from 4:00 PM – ??? (6…8…we’ll see how busy you keep us 😏)

Come cool off and grab your first SNO of the season 🍧🔥
And if you’re feeling a little extra… go ahead and upgrade to a Red Bull Infusion SNO ⚡️💥

We’ve got the flavors ready, the ice is cold, and we’re pumped to see everyone back!

We are almost giddy with excitement! 🤩🍧

A huge thank you to Think-n-ink for the amazing decals — they turned out absolutely incredible and brought Knox’s Chill Shack to life in the best way. We are officially one step closer to our first sno day and we cannot wait to share it with all of you!

It’s all starting to feel real now… and we are SO excited for what’s ahead. 💚☀️🍧

We’re kicking off the season with our April & May schedule!

🗓 Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
🗓 Saturday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🗓 Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Stop by and grab your favorite Tropical Sno treat! 🍧

Once school is out for the summer, we’ll re-evaluate hours — so stay tuned for possible expanded times!

We’re gearing up for another busy season and looking for great people to join our team.

✔ Must be 16 years or older
✔ Available April through September
✔ Evenings & weekends required
✔ Friendly, trustworthy, and dependable
✔ Enjoy working with others and creating a fun atmosphere
✔ Comfortable working independently when needed
✔ Able to stay calm and positive during busy rushes

At times, you may be serving a long line on your own — we’re looking for someone who can stay upbeat, focused, and provide great service even when things get busy.

If you love meeting new people, staying active, and bringing smiles to the window — this is the job for you.
