You do the fishing, and we'll take care of all of your processing needs! We'll fillet, portion cut, vacuum pack, label and freeze your catch. We can also hot smoke your fish or make salmon gravlax. BIG GAME PROCESSING:

We have a wide selection of wild Alaskan seafood products including smoked and raw seafood, weathervane scallops, jerky, salmon sausage, canned salmon and our popular smoked fish dips.
