Spring break looks a little different around here… and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. ☀️🌲
Planting the next generation of Christmas trees with the next generation of our family driving us (literally).

A beautiful day, a field full of possibility, and many hands working together to grow something that will one day be part of so many Christmas memories.

It’s hard work, but it’s the kind that fills you up. Grateful for this land, this season, and the blessing of working side by side. Thank you Lord for these blessings. 💛

Made it to Michigan and back to pick up this year’s Christmas tree seedlings. These are 2 & 3 year old trees. Hoping to get all 1200 of these in the ground in the next few days! 🌲

Using sub soiler to break up hard pan and compaction. Trees root deep and we’ve noticed some issues and we hope this helps future trees grow better. We plan to work the ground next and prep a flat soil bed so next spring our baby transplants can go in as early as possible and are set up to succeed from the start.
