More hazardous wind chills expected tonight across Indiana! Actual temperatures will range from 5°F to -5°F. Winds will be lighter tonight which will help a little bit but it will still be cold! Actual temperatures may overachieve in the cold department if skies remain clear. Clear skies would encourage radiational cooling as latent heat is lost.
