Sold out of flowers for today! Thank you all so much!!

🌻There's flowers in our farmstand today!🌻

This morning (Wednesday) we put a few more sunflower bouquets out. Most of these bouquets are the new variety of sunflowers we're growing this year, they're called lemon lite. 🍋 They are so bright and cheerful! This will be all the flowers we'll have this week. The flower fields are really wet and nees some time to recover from all this rain.

🍯Honey is $10/jar

First of all let us take a minute to thank everyone who stopped today in this rainy weather to get flowers, honey, or blackberries. We're just blown away by the way our community supports our tiny farm. 💛

If you didn't make it because of the rain, or for whatever reason, we still have a few flowers left. They'll be in the farmstand until it gets dark or we sell out.

These sunflowers are BEAUTIFUL and the perfect way to brighten up this rainy day. 🌻🌧

🌧💐There's flowers in the farmstand!💐🌧

Today we have sunflowers and celosia in the farmstand. Theses sunflowers are perfect to brighten up this rainy week and if you haven't seen celosia before, it's a great wispy filler flower that dries really well.

And we have something new in the farmstand today! Blackberries! We've had a great year so far in our blackberry patch and we thought y'all might like some.

Let's talk about sunflowers for a minute...🌻

The photo on the left shows the stage when we *try* to harvest our sunflowers. We pick them just as the first petals begin to unfurl. The photo on the right shows a sunflower at its peak, fully open, bright, and absolutely gorgeous!

Harvesting at this early stage gives you the longest vase life possible. So if you pick up a bouquet tomorrow and your sunflower isn't completely open yet, don't worry, it still has its big moment ahead of it and it's pretty amazing to watch as it opens.🌻✨

Also, for the longest vase life, remember to change the water and trim the stems every other day. 💛

There will be flowers in our farmstand first thing in the morning (Tuesday, 6/16 by 6:30am).

🌻Hey Bees & Blooms Buddies!🌻

I know we usually wait until the end of the week to put flowers out but we're going to do something a little different this week since the sunflowers decided to all bloom at once. Tomorrow (Tuesday 6/16) we'll have flowers in the farmstand!! They'll be mostly sunflower bunches unless other things bloom today. We'll put them out bright and early unless the weather is crazy. They're so beautiful, I don't want them to go to waste.

And, since they all bloomed at once (thanks Mother Nature) it will be a few weeks before more are ready so get them while you can. Hopefully something else blooms in the meantime. 🌸

We are so excited to share that Bees & Blooms Flower Farm is now a Certified Wildlife Habitat! 🐝🦋🌻

From the very beginning, our goal has been about more than growing flowers. We wanted to create a space where bees, butterflies, birds, and other wildlife could thrive. By planting pollinator friendly flowers, providing habitat, and incorporating native plants, we're doing our small part to support the creatures that keep our ecosystems healthy.

Every bouquet, jar of honey, and visit to our farmstand helps support this mission, and we're so grateful for your support along the way.

Happy Friday!! Today we have wrapped bouquets in the farmstand. They have sunflowers, zinnias, ageratum, lemon basil, and whatever else I could find to add in. They are full of color and smell amazing!
