We have squash, cucumbers, green beans, okra, tomatoes, and bell peppers getting close to harvest. I would say that we will be having our first harvest in two weeks or so. Vassar Farms is a family business in Kountze Texas on Hwy 326. We are a small farm on half of acre of land.
