We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Dairy Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair skills to ensure the daily operations of the dairy farm are not disrupted. The Dairy Farm Maintenance Technician will work closely with dairy management to maintain the facility’s equipment and machinery, ensuring it meets safety standards and functions efficiently.
Qualified applicants must have a mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment. Able to work independently or as a member of a team efficiently. Possess problem solving skills with an attention to detail, as well as good communication skills and the ability to collaborate. Every day is different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

We are looking to hire an Maintenance person to our team at Green Valley Dairy. The Assistant maintenance position at GVD is responsible for maintaining the mechanical functions of the dairy. This includes but is not limited to the following: Pumps, motors, equipment, digester applications, all facility structures and related dairy activities or structures. The position requires someone who is responsible and hard working. You must possess the ability to learn new tasks and adjust to changes within the systems and protocols. As a member of the operations staff, you are required to maintain clean equipment, a clean shop and an orderly course to your day. The position requires you to be able to read and write and communicate effectively with operations staff and management. Pay based on experience.
