So… Where Have All the Beef Posts Been?

Well… we were almost sold out before we even had time to post about it. 🤣

BUT—we do still have a ¼ beef available, so here’s your chance to fill that freezer!

Our beef is locally born & bred, pasture-raised, and grown right here in south Louisiana. 🐂🌱 A quarter includes a variety of cuts, so you’ll get a little bit of everything—steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more.

And if this picture of steak bites over garlic mashed potatoes doesn’t convince you… we don’t know what will. 🥩🪵☀️

We’re so proud of the quality our herd produces — rich color, beautiful marbling, and incredible flavor in every cut.

And now, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be offering individual cuts of our home-raised beef!

You’ll be able to grab favorites like ground beef, sirloin steaks, ribeye, flank steak, roasts, and more. Prices will vary depending on the cut, but every piece comes with the same quality and care we pour into raising our cattle year-round.

That’s a wrap on our butcher season! 🐄✨

As we close out another year, we just want to take a moment to share our appreciation and a few well-deserved shoutouts.

First, to Wateroak Angus Farm– our handsome bull continues to impress us year after year, not just with his own personality and growth, but with the quality of his offspring. He’s been such a beautiful addition to our herd, and we look forward to many more years with him.

A huge thank you to Travis at Covered C Feedmill and Cattle — your guidance (and that tasty feed!) made all the difference. Our calves wouldn’t have grown out nearly as nice as they did without you.

We also want to thank Chip and the team at Coastal Plains Meat Company for the incredible job processing our meat this year. The quality and care you put into your work shows in every package, and we’re so grateful to have such great people to work with.

And last, but certainly not least — to our amazing customers. Whether you’ve purchased from us, liked or shared a post, or simply thought of us when stocking your freezer — thank you. Your support means the world to us and keeps this dream going year after year.
