Handy's Highland Homestead Welcome to our Homestead! We are located in Kunkletown, Pa! We cannot wait to welcome you to our little piece of paradise!

Our farm is the home to 2 Highland Cows, a minature Zebu, 8 Alpacas, 3 mini donkeys and some chickens and ducks.

We got an update on our boy Bo this morning && here he is!

Of course mom is bawling because I miss my boy BUT look at him. My heart is smiling so big 💓

For our newer friends, we had a year old bull Bo, that we had to rehome back in February. He went to a farm up above Ricketts Glen state park. He was ABSOLUTELY beautiful and my little/big love bug. He unfortunately was rehomed due to thinking he was still Belle's size and had me all bruised up from trying to cuddle. Our livestock vet recommended he go to a pasture where he could live away from interactions with people before someone got hurt due to his size.

Many have been asking if we are open this weekend, unfortunately we are not. ☹️

Today is our kiddos birthday party🎉 && tomorrow we are off site with the animals at a church⛪️!

However, NEXT weekend we are open && it is the only weekend we are open for farm days until the middle of July, so don't miss your opportunity to come visit the farm! 🦙🐮🫏

Yesterday around 10:30 am we had a fox get into our chicken coop and unfortunately lost a portion of our flock. So we needed to replace them with some fresh ladies. The kids have named then after the Kpop demon hunters and the Saja boys.
