Our Smoked Country Pork Sausage comes in unique replica cloth bags. Our Sausage is made from Great Grandma Broadbent’s secret recipe, with extra lean cuts of meat mixed with special country seasonings. Our sausage is then hickory smoked and aged for great flavor. We've placed our first order with Broadbent's Country Hams here in Kentucky. Keeping up with the demands for local pork has been a challenge, so this is a huge step forward for us. We are loading up on mini bacon, hickory-smoked country bacon, applewood-smoked bacon, and NITRITE-FREE hickory-smoked bacon!
This will be a trial run, and I'm sure it will go quickly. We will post once it's in hand and here for sale in the store. Perfect for Father's Day, or really ... any day! It's bacon for goodness sake.
