Now would be a good time to drop us a message if you are interested in one of our chicken bundle boxes. We will take limited reservations for Weeknight boxes, and 1 more Backyard BBQ box. We do not take deposits as nothing is guaranteed until processing day.
Tentative processing date of September 19-20. This is our last round until next year.

Also pictured are our pasture raised turkeys, if you are thinking about serving a fresh pasture raised turkey this Thanksgiving, now would be the time to reserve one of the few remaining.

I’m not saying everyone has to raise chickens. But I do think everyone should understand where food comes from. We’ve become so disconnected from something we depend on every single day.

Our next run of chicken nuggets arrived yesterday! These are a slightly faster maturing breed, white Freedom Rangers compared to the Kosher Kings that we have also been posting recently.
These will be raised under the same pasture process as our other poultry products so you be sure that you will be putting the best finished product on your families dinner table.

Tentatively scheduled processing date 9/19 - 9/20. We will likely have some availability for waitlist notifications for those that would like to order.

We understand our culture has shifted away from the traditional American Sunday dinners such as a whole roasted chicken. This change was brought on due to many factors, from the rise of “convenience” foods, commercial growers determining individual cuts resulted in higher profits to not having the time to roast a chicken with the stresses of work / life balance (I don’t think that’s a real thing 😂😂).

Our bundle boxes assist with this change and provide your family with high quality, pasture raised chicken to prepare quick nutritious dinners.

The one method we have come to enjoy, which seems to be a compromise between roasting a whole bird and grilling individual pieces is spatchcocking. This is done by butterflying the chicken during processing, which allows easy access to all side for ample seasoning and grilling the chicken flat. Check out that beautiful carving plate ready chicken!!!

While moving our little chicken nuggets this afternoon we took a quick picture to show how quickly they move to fresh pasture. They are moved every day and later as they continue to grow multiple times a day to ensure they are always on fresh pasture.
This shows a glimpse of the difference when you compare pasture raised birds to a traditional commercially raised meat chicken. It makes a difference in the final product that goes on your families diner table.
