This is what feeding 225 people on 3 different orders this week alone ON top of having a full time extremely demanding position looks like! Everyone was craaaaving Carne G this week and it was back to back to BACK Carne G!! 🙌🏻 It’s an AMAZING feeling to feel appreciated, supported and to have constant motivation from those I have the privilege of cooking for. I put a lot of time, effort and 🩷 into my cooking and even though it’s a lot of work I ALWAYS make it happen for those that trust and believe in me because that’s what I do! Small cater duties today after the day job! Customer requested some comfort food! Gotta love some homemade meatloaf, buttered mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, smothered green beans & rolls. I added dessert today: Peach cobbler dump cake 😋 As always Big Thank you to my customers! 🫶🫶🫶

I created this and posted last night. I knew it was gonna be harsh for them stepping into a danger zone but after watching the game and all the hate that went on made me rethink ever wanting to visit New York 🤦🏻‍♀️. Prayers to our Spurs for a safe stay there and safe travels back home. On the flip side, may it give my Spurs even MORE animo to take it all! Go Spurs Go!!! 🖤🤍🖤🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
