We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Lemon & Leaf leadership team, Xavier, who joins us as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Xavier brings in operational strategy and business scaling. As COO, Xavier will oversee our day-to-day operations, streamline our processes, and ensure our internal systems run as seamlessly as possible as we continue to grow.

In addition to sharpening our current operations, Xavier will be leading the charge on strategic initiatives, including exploring a potential expansion of Lemon & Leaf to Arizona.

His local roots and operational expertise make him uniquely suited to guide us through this exciting next phase.
