Elite Beef Jay Middleton and Logan Leigh are providing high quality, locally raised beef. The majority of our animals will not receive any antibiotics.

The only antibiotics used will be when an animal is sick. Our calves will not have any added hormones.

In today’s market planning ahead is the only way we can make sure our customers are covered!
