Phase One is the prepping of the soils for the planting of the orchard and vineyard. Re-hab of the two 100' greenhouses takes place and the electrical and mechanical upgrades are being completed at this time as well. Phase Two is the digging of the main lower lake and plan
ting of vegetation around it. Planting of the orchard and vineyard will occur. Phase Three is the construction of the outdoor kitchen and fireplace courtyard. Phase Four is the remodel of tractor shed into a processing kitchen and office. Phase Five is the construction of a wood and glass yoga/meditation studio in woods. Phase Six is the construction of three guest cabins located around the property; rustic on the outside, but with Ralph Lauren like furnishings inside. Warm and cozy cabins in the woods. All cabins and the studio will use Douglas fir that has been logged from the property. As most of you know, I have a hard time staying focused, so my brain is always thinking of new ideas...
In addition to working 12-14hrs a day on the vegetable farm, I have found some extra time to install some fun stuff already...A horseshoe pit, tree swing, and a 150 yard golfing hole! I am working now on a 120' slip-n-slide, and plans for a softball field for kickball games! Yes, I will ALWAYS find the excuse to still be a kid! Peace to all..
