Recipe testing is officially a SUCCESS! 🤭👀

This Sourdough Banana Coffee Cake is so moist and tender, packed with delicious banana flavor and warm cinnamon, with the BEST buttery streusel topping that gives every bite that perfect little crunch. 😍

That crumb… that streusel… that banana goodness. 🍌🤎

🤭👀 RECIPE TESTING DAY! 🍌☕️

Something new is baking at Brooks Running Farmstead… and I have a feeling y’all are going to LOVE this one! 🤎

Today we’re testing a Sourdough Banana Coffee Cake made with ripe bananas, our sourdough starter, warm cinnamon, buttery streusel, and maybe a little coffee glaze because… why not? 👀☕️

We’re testing the texture, sweetness, banana flavor, sourdough tang, and that irresistible cinnamon crumb to make sure it’s market-worthy before it ever makes the menu. 🥰

If this test turns out as good as it smells… we may have a NEW favorite coming to the farmstead! 🍌🤎
