Phillips Farm is bringing a strong white currant game this season! Red, white, pink, and black varieties can all be found at the Greenmarket this time of year however their presence is fleeting. If you see them, scoop them up and the figure out what to do with them later! These white ones are quite ethereal with translucent berry bodies and a delicate, grape-like sweet and tart flavor.
