FOR SALE:

Al's has closed it's doors for good. Our building has been sold and we must be out by November 30th. The business equipment will go to online auction the 1st week of November if we don't find a buyer. If you know of someone looking to purchase a great recipe and equipment, please leave us a message.

The first Gluten free pizza crust has been made! They will come in 10" Individual size and have a $1 upcharge from menu pricing.

We thought it was good as people who don't normally eat it. I look forward to what everyone else thinks.

Note of Warning: These are made in a high gluten environment and will contain trace amounts in spite of our efforts to reduce contamination.
