We work with nature ❤️ We show up at the Farmer's Market when it's raining and remind ourselves of how much the garden needs a good soaking. We will be preparing a place for this hen to mother-- even though the quickly approaching Autumn is not an ideal time to raise baby chicks. We remind ourselves how blessed we are to experience the miracle of life ❤️

What a beautiful start to the week!
We will be busy transforming the first of our hot peppers and tomatoes into Fermented Hot Sauces, Garlic Mushroom Marinara and Bloody Mary Mix. We also have Fermented Garlic Scapes, Pickled Beets and "Jala- Berry," (jalapeño strawberry) Jam, fresh mushrooms, kale, garlic and okra, Mushpups Gourmet Canine Treats and freshly baked muffins for market this week

I am a day behind posting our schedule, because May and I spent a beautiful afternoon yesterday with our sweet friend, Britta Blain with Castlerock Sourdough . We picnicked on her lovely porch, met Polly the pup, pet the goats and learned about her amazing bakery. It was a nice break in routine ❤️
This week we will be at:
La Crescent Farmers Market today from 4-7
La Crosse Farmers Market Association HCCC Market Friday from 3:30-7. We are SO hoping that it won't rain after three wet Fridays in a row! ☂️
Winona Farmers Market Saturday from 7:30-12.
We will be off Sunday on a little mushroom foray, and will see you at Onalaska's Farm Fresh Market the following Sunday, and throughput the rest of the season ❤️
