Paraiso Delicacies is the love child of a chocolate entrepreneur, Joanie Paraiso-Knott, who thrives on her creation of delicious morsels for others to enjoy. Paraiso Delicacies came into conception when Joanie Knott came up with a flawless recipe for homemade english toffee. She combined her love for chocolate and her love for people and began to give it away as pretty little holiday gifts for family and friends. People started placing orders, and the need for a name became a necessity. The english toffee was jokingly named "Rocalicious", due to the fact that it is similar to almond roca, and is beyond delicious. Joanie did not stop there. Being the "choclateer" that she is, she began to make other so called "heavenly", seemingly "divine" chocolate delicacies, such as her White Chocolate Coconut Rum Truffles or her Rocalicious covered caramel apples.This lead her to the chocolate making business that is now appropriately known as Paraiso Delicacies, or, in translation, "Delicacies of Paradise." With over 20 years of catering experience, with events ranging from a 10 person dinner party to a wedding reception consisting of 165, Paraiso Delicacies will cater to you.
