This week’s special is full-on fall comfort 🦆🍂🍝

We’re serving up Bountiful Butternut and Sage — butternut squash, garlic, fresh sage, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion sautéed together, then simmered in a buttery w**e pesto sauce with homemade chicken stock.

Served over pasta and topped with grilled chicken thigh and Parmesan.

And apparently… we may have outdone ourselves on this one. 😅

One of today’s reviews said:

“I felt like the critic from Ratatouille when I took that first bite… that dish revived my entire soul in ways I can’t describe.”

She had hers with gnocchi, and honestly, we’re not sure we can top that review. 😂❤️

Loaded Chili Mac is on the board this week! 🌶️🧀

Bell peppers, garlic, and broccoli are sautéed and simmered in a rich, cheesy Alfredo sauce, then served over macaroni and piled high with homemade chili, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

Basically, we took mac & cheese and chili and decided there was no good reason they should live separate lives. 😋

This week’s special is a classic done Chubby Duck style — grilled cheese on sourdough with garlic spread, mozzarella, and cheddar, served alongside our creamy tomato-basil soup.

Crispy, buttery, ridiculously cheesy, and made for dunking.

This week’s special is Curry Chicken Fettuccine 🦆🍝

Zucchini, onion, cilantro, garlic, and bell pepper are sautéed together, then simmered in a homemade creamy curry sauce and served over fettuccine.

Finished with sliced grilled chicken thigh on top.

Creamy, savory, loaded with veggies, and just enough curry warmth to make it perfect for these cooler Central Oregon days.

Apparently fall showed up before we were ready for it 😂🍂🦆

This week’s special is Fall Harvest Rigatoni — bell peppers, garlic, zucchini, and asparagus sautéed together, then simmered in a savory pesto w**e sauce.

Served over rigatoni and finished with plenty of Parmesan.

This one comes meat-free, but you can add your favorite protein at regular menu price.

And yes… judging by the weather, we probably should’ve made soup too. 😅 Next time.

We’re running Cajun Chicken Alfredo — bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and garlic sautéed together, then simmered in a lightly spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Served over pasta and topped with Cajun-marinated chicken thighs and shaved Parmesan.

We’re running Chicken de Provence — onions, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and romanesco sautéed together, then simmered in a buttery white w**e pesto sauce with a special blend of Herbs de Provence.

Served over pasta and topped with shaved Parmesan and grilled chicken breast.
It’s bright, creamy, herby, and still very much a Chubby Duck-sized bowl of comfort food.
