Feeling overwhelmed? Do you just want a bit of peace? Come join us for our "Introduction To Nervous System Regulation- First Sit". In this 1 night class we will begin to discover the power of breath and awareness and begin down a road of learned stillness to make sense of the chaos.

Losing both of our horses within 5 months last year hit us hard. Finding .yoga was the biggest blessing to this girl along with the rest of our family. A place to not only ride, but to connect, breathe, and truly heal. To approach a horse and feel it’s soul, to listen and respect, to build trust, to honor it for the beautiful being it is. And in turn, to feel that love and intention back from the horse. Guiding it with body language and breath. Slowing down to sense the energy of the horse, and the energy within us. Life changing lessons learned here. Looking forward to many more in the future. Grateful for you and .horse.yogi See you soon ✨🙏🏼🐴

Said goodbye to our fun red rocking rental this weekend. This thing has taken us on many adventures the past few months! We have become known around town as the big family in the big go cart 😅😂 Bittersweet to let it go, but time to purchase something more permanent that will take us through our next chapters! One thing we all agree on as a family- we will definitely be purchasing one of these machines in the future when able! It’s been a blast and we are grateful for the memories made. If you decide to come visit us in Puerto Viejo, we highly recommend looking into these rentals! 💥🏎️

🏄🏻‍♀️🌊🏄🏼 Surfing is quickly becoming one of our new favorite activities! Love seeing their confidence grow as they learn to become one with the ocean. Thankful for time they have had in the water with and thankful for board rentals from 🌊🩵

Earlier this week we happened upon Piscina Natural en Cahuita (Natural Pool). The perfect place to practice some quiet reflection, breathwork, meditation… or take your kids to jump and flip and be their crazy selves 🤪😂 The beauty of the Caribbean is absolutely breathtaking! And as we continue to explore this community, we meet the kindest and most open hearted people! Truly refreshing in all ways!! 🌞🌺🌊
