Let's talk about bagel storage! My bagels are baked with NO additives or preservatives. This means they don't last as long as a store bought bagel!

If you're going to eat them quickly (in a few days) you can store them on the counter! Sometimes at the market our bags do sweat from the sun. If you notice moister get them into a dry bag and you're good to go!

If you know you aren't going to eat them quickly slice them and throw them in the freezer! You don't have to thaw them, just up the time on the toaster a little and you can have fresh bagels all week long!

And if you forget, all of these directions are printed right on your bag for you! ✌🏼🥯

I really wanted to channel the energy of my fav fall dessert, my pumpkin coffee cake, and I nailed it! A sweet pumpkin bagel with a pumpkin spice streusel on top makes for the taste of fall🎃🍂

Maple French Toast is here and it does not disappoint!🍁🥯

This one has been a fan favorite of everyone who's gotten an early taste! There's brown sugar, cinnamon, and maple in the dough and a seeet cinnamon sugar crunch on top!

I cannot wait to share this one with you, this Saturday at the La Plata Farmers Market!
