Stir-fry Pork Liver
❖Ingredients:
Pork liver 1 lb
Ginger 5 slices
Garlic 2 cloves
Chopped green onion 1/4 cup
Cooking oil 2 tsp
TOTOLE Braised Soy Sauce 1 tsp
TOTOLE Stir-fry Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Ground white pepper 2 tsp
❖Instructions:
1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, slice ginger and garlic.
2. Put pork liver in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, sugar, 1 tsp of ground white pepper, TOTOLE Stir-fry Soy Sauce, TOTOLE Braised Soy Sauce, and corn starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
3. Heat up oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrance. Then add pork liver and stir fry until the color changed.
4. Add sesame oil, keep stirring until fully cooked. then sprinkle with chopped green onion and white pepper. Ready to serve!
