❖Ingredients:
Pork liver 1 lb
Ginger 5 slices
Garlic 2 cloves
Chopped green onion 1/4 cup
Cooking oil 2 tsp
TOTOLE Braised Soy Sauce 1 tsp
TOTOLE Stir-fry Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Ground white pepper 2 tsp
❖Instructions:
1. Cut the pork liver into thin slices, slice ginger and garlic.
2. Put pork liver in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, sugar, 1 tsp of ground white pepper, TOTOLE Stir-fry Soy Sauce, TOTOLE Braised Soy Sauce, and corn starch, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
3. Heat up oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrance. Then add pork liver and stir fry until the color changed.
4. Add sesame oil, keep stirring until fully cooked. then sprinkle with chopped green onion and white pepper. Ready to serve!

Stir-Fry Beef with Cumin
❖Ingredients:
Beef 1 lb
Green pepper 1 oz
Red pepper 1 oz
Ginger 3 slices
Green onions 2
Cooking wine 2 tsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon 1 tsp
TOTOLE Stir Fry Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Roasted sesame
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Sichuan peppercorns 20
❖Instructions:
1. Cut green and red pepper into strips, cut beef into thick strips, shred ginger, and cut the green onion into 2" long pieces.
2. Marinate beef with cooking wine, starch, salt, TOTOLE Stir Fry Soy Sauce, TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce and 1 tsp of cumin powder for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns and stir fry until the color change, then pick the peppercorns out.
4. Add ginger and green onion, then add the marinated beef and stir fry until the color changes.
5. Add bell peppers, 1 tsp of cumin powder and 1 tsp TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon, stir fry evenly until the beef fully cooked.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, ready to serve!

Beef and vegetables are combined into a perfect stew. Vegetables absorb the meaty of beef and become no longer dull, Beef also gains more flavor from vegetables. Tomatoes also gives this dish a bit more sour and sweet. Homely, but full of color and fragrance. It is not only a good dish, but also can be used as a topping with noodles.
❖Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 potato
1 celery
1 pound beef stewing meat
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
❖Instructions:
1. Peel the tomatoes and potato and cut into 3/4-inch cubes, and cut celery into 1" pieces.
2. Cut beef into inch cubes, blanch water to remove the blood
3. Heat oil in a wok, put tomatoes in and stir-fry until the juice comes out.
4. Add beef, potato cubes and celery, stir-fry until the beef changes color, then add TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce, tomato paste and sugar.
5. Add water to cover the beef and bring to boil on high heat. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Ready to serve!

SICHUAN SHREDDED PORK (Yuxiang shredded pork)
Yuxiang shredded pork is a classic dish in Sichuan cuisine. Although it consists of a simple combination: shredded pork, carrots and black fungus. The ingredients are crisp and refreshing, pork tastes silky and tender, the taste includes salty, sweet and sour, with good color and fragrance, very good for dinner.
❖Ingredients:
Pork fillet:10oz
Corn starch: 1 tbsp
Rice wine: 1 tbsp
Soaked fungus: 1 1/2 oz
2 green peppers
1 carrot
Ginger: 3 slices
Chopped garlic: 2 tbsp
Dried chili pepper: 2
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Sauce:
Black rice vinegar: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tbsp
TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce: 1 1/2 tbsp
TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon: 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch: 1 tbsp
Water: 1/2 cup
❖Instructions:
1. Slice pork fillet then cut into long thin strips, marinate with rice wine and corn starch.
2. Cut carrots, green peppers and fungus into thin strips and set aside.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and stir evenly with half cup of water.
5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, pour the shredded pork and stir fry, stir fry until the shredded pork turns white, then pour out in a bowl and set aside.
6. Heat oil in a new wok, add ginger, dried chili pepper and garlic, pour in the fungus, carrot and pepper in and stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat.
7. Add pork and stir fry for 30 seconds, then pour the sauce in, stir-fry evenly until fully cooked, ready to serve!

High-quality protein food pork short ribs, sweet and sour taste, bring a good appetite, start a good mood.
❖Ingredients:
1 lb pork short ribs
1 shallots cut to 2"
3 slices of ginger
3 tbsp TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
4 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water
❖Instructions:
1. Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 30 second, then carefully rinse and drain.
2. Heat oil in a wok, add the shallots and ginger, then add ribs and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add cooking wine, TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce, vinegar and sugar, stir fry evenly. Add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Turn high heat, keep stirring and stop when the sauce is almost adhered to the ribs. Ready to serve!

Pork belly - 5 oz
Cucumber - 1.7 oz
Egg - 1
Soaked fungus - 0.7 oz
Chopped green onion - 0.4 oz
Ginger slices - 0.4 oz
TOTOLE Premium Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon - 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Cooking wine - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
❖Instructions:
1. Wash the pork belly and slice it, wash the cucumber and cut into diamond-shaped slices, and beat egg and set aside.
2. Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok, add eggs and stir-fry, pour out in a bowl and set aside.
3. Add another 1 tsbp oil in the wok, then add pork slices and stir-fry until they turn white, add green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine, TOTOLE Premium Soy Sauce and stir-fry for 1 minutes.

What is the taste of braised pork in your memory?
❖Ingredients:
TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Pork belly - 2 lbs
Ginger slices - 1 oz
Scallions chopped - 1/2 oz
Spring onions cut to 2" pieces - 1 2/3 oz
Crystal sugar - 1/3 oz
Shaoxing wine (or rice wine) - 2/3 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Star anise - 2
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

❖Instructions:
1. Cut the pork belly into 2"×2" cubes.
2. Heat up oil in a wok, put ginger and spring onion, then add the pork belly, stir-fry until fragrance.
3. Add TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce, TOTOLE Braising Soy Sauce, Shaoxing wine and crystal sugar.
4. Stir fry for 1 minute, add boiling water, bring to a boil, then change to low heat and simmer for one hour. Add salt before finish cooking, then sprinkle with chopped scallions.

Simple and delicious - American Dandan noodles😋
As a traditional Sichuan delicacy, Dan Dan noodles have been popular from China to the United States. After crossing the oceans, the chefs added sesame paste to the spicy base of Dandan noodles. Unexpectedly, it became more popular!
Today we are going to make a simple and quick "American version" Dandan noodles!

⭐For Servings: 2
⭐Ingredients:
Noodles (fresh or dried) - 8 oz
Ground pork - 4 oz
CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce -1 tbsp
Cooking oil (for frying ground pork) - 2 tsp

⭐Other ingredients:
Chopped Chinese pickled cabbage (Suan cai) - 1/3 cup
Minced garlic - 2 tbsp
Appropriate amount of green leafy vegetables (optional)
Ground peanuts (optional)
Chopped scallions (optional)
CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce (optional)
⭐Sauce 1 (soy sauce base):
TOTOLE Classic Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
⭐Sauce 2 (sesame sauce base):
Sesame sauce (or paste) - 1 tbsp
Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil - 1/2 tbsp
⭐Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients that need to be chopped, and prepare the 2 kinds of sauce, mix them as well.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pan, stir fry the ground pork. Stir-fry until the color changes, add CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce, stir-fry until fully cooked, set aside.
3. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Blanch the greens in the noodle water, and drain.
4. Divide the sauce among 2 bowls, followed by the noodles and the leafy greens. Add the cooked pork and chopped Chinese pickled cabbage over the top. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts (optional) and scallions. And if you like spicy taste, add a spoonful of CHAOTIANXIANG Sichuan Style Spicy Seasoning Sauce. Enjoy!

❖Ingredients:
Ground pork 10 oz
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms 3 oz
Dumpling wrapper about 30 (about 9 oz)
Egg liquid 2 oz
TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Chopped green onions 2 tbsp
Minced ginger 1 tbsp
Ground pepper 1 tsp
❖Instructions:
1. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms for at least 30 minutes until they are soft enough. Then cut them into minces. Prepare a big bowl, put minced mushrooms, ground pork, chopped green onion, minced ginger, egg liquid, ground pepper and salt.

Daikon and beef brisket are the most classic combination. The simmered brisket is firm and elastic, the daikon is soft and juicy.

❖Ingredients:
Beef brisket: 9 oz
Daikon: 10 oz
Carrots: 3 oz
Sliced ginger: 0.5 oz
Chopped green onion: 0.3 oz
Chopped cilantro: 0.3 oz
TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
Ground white pepper: 1/2 tsp
❖Instructions:
1. Cut the beef, daikon and carrot into cubes.
2. Boil water in a pot to blanch the beef to clean.
3. Heat up a new pot, put green onion and ginger and stir fry, then add the beef and stir fry for a little bit.
4. Add daikon, carrots, appropriate amount of water to simmer, add TOTOLE Chicken Bouillon, salt and pepper. Boil over high heat and turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

❖Ingredients:
1 tbsp TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
10 oz of various mushrooms
2 oz cucumber
2 oz carrots
0.3 oz of chopped ginger
2 shallots
❖Instructions:
1. Cut the mushrooms into 3/16 inch thick slices.
2. Cut the cucumber and carrot to strips, and chopped green onion.
3. Heat up oil in a wok, stir-fry the ginger for 30 seconds, then add mushrooms and stir-fry.
4. Add salt, black pepper, and TOTOLE Mushroom Bouillon to taste.
5. Add cucumbers and carrots, stir-fry until all vegetables are fully cooked. Ready to serve!
