Sager Family Pork is looking for a new team member. We are looking to fill a full time position. Our daily hours are 6:00am to 1:30pm. No previous pig experience is necessary. The qualified person must be able to work on their own, be goal driven and reliable. We offer a Health Savings account. Vacation and sick time start accruing your first day of work. We offer competitive wages, 3 month, 6 month, and year end raises within the first year. We also pay performance bonuses weekly.

We weaned our first piglets November 1st. I would like to thank all of our team members for doing a great job. I couldn't ask for a better group of people.

The sow unit is near completion. We are currently finishing up the area around the barns. We are backfilling dirt and stone around the barn, putting in driveways, and getting the site cleaned up after 10 months of construction.

This past Monday, October 10th, we had our first litter of pigs.

Sager Family Pork will be hosting an open house July 22. The time for the open house is from 4 to 7 pm. If you are interested in seeing a modern breeding and farrowing facility you are welcome to come.

Gestation stalls and pens almost completely installed .
Office is up and spray foamed for insulation and bio security .
Farrowing floor installed and roof on a week later.
