The CRR Herd Took Estes Park Skijor by Storm! ❄️🐎 ⛷️
What a day! The CRR crew represented strong at Skijor Estes Park:
🥇 John Hampton (rider) + Avery (horse) + Ben Johnson (skier) ran TWO of the fastest times each day and finished 10th overall out of 60 teams! One 5-second penalty was all that stood between them and first place.
🏆 Mason (skier) + Rod Venn (rider) + Bree (horse) brought home a solid 13th place finish. Way to represent!
✨ And Kelsey Vejraska checked off a bucket list item by riding Autumn and pulling two of our skiers - there's nothing quite like that first run!
HUGE thanks to:
💥Rod and Darcy Venn for bringing two incredible horses and going along on this winter adventure with us.
💢The amazing organizers at and for putting on such a fantastic weekend.
🌟 And most importantly, Hector, who held down the fort at home so we could go play in the snow.
