Our very first FIELD TRIP FRIDAY!

Totally Optional!
You are responsible for your tickets.
They offer a zoo membership for $3 a month, there is a Groupon for $30.99 or you can get adult, kids, military and senior tickets on their website! Join us at the front gates at 11am on THIS FRIDAY MARCH 20th! It’s going to be a WILD time! We hope to see you there!

We will plan Field Trip Fridays at various places throughout our session. This gives our co-op a chance to visit places and experience together outside of the farm! We hope you decide to join us!

Today, Farm School was full of hands-on learning and sweet moments in the garden 🦋🌼

Tiny Tots Class
We started our morning with garden stretches, waking up our bodies just like the plants around us 🌱

The kids got their hands in the soil planting carrots, then joined our Future Farmer class to feed and water the animals. We counted and gathered eggs and checked on our incubators—always a favorite!

Our mini lesson was all about pollinators and garden helpers. We learned about bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, beetles, and moths—what they do for the garden, how they’re different, and how we can help them thrive 🐞🦋

We explored the butterfly life cycle through a fun activity, then took a lunch break before cozying up in the book tent to read all about butterflies together 📚

In arts & crafts, the kids created beautiful coffee filter butterflies and made nature flower mosaics using pieces from the ground & garden 🌸

We wrapped up the day with classroom clean-up and a special butterfly-themed snack 🦋

Such a joyful day of learning, exploring, and growing 💛

Tiny Tot Class
• Made adorable seed snails 🐌🌱
• Did morning stretches in the garden
• Harvested fresh asparagus from the garden beds
• Helped feed and water the animals and gathered eggs with the Future Farmer class 🥚🐓

Future Farmer Class
• Learned about plant life cycles 🌿
• Started a take-home bean growing experiment
• Planted herbs, tomatoes, and peppers in the garden 🌱🍅🌶️
• Read the sweet garden story Our Class Garden together 📚

🌾✨ Faith Farm School – First Day Recap! ✨🌾

What an AMAZING first day on the farm!

We started with prayer then talked about today’s weather conditions 🌤️☁️

We continued with a full farm tour, meeting, measuring and feeding all our sweet animals 🐐🐓 The kids were brave, gentle, and so curious!

We harvested fresh asparagus, watered the berry patches, and learned how important it is to care for what we grow 🌱🍓

We gathered eggs, counted and logged the number of eggs for the day on the egg counting chart🥚

Our new raised beds got topped off with rich compost and fresh topsoil — little hands doing big work!

The kids painted garden pavers to add a special touch to our hoop arch- farm schools newest tradition 🎨🌼

We carefully placed chicken eggs into the incubator and talked about the miracle happening inside each shell 🥚🐣
Now we patiently wait 21 days!

In the big tent, Jubilee read us Farms, by Dr. Seuss — the perfect first day farm story! 📚

And of course… we jumped, played, climbed, laughed, learned, and truly lived our best farm lives.

Such a sweet mix of familiar faces and new friendly faces. Our Faith Farm family is growing, and our hearts are full. 🤍

We can’t wait to see everyone next week! 🌻✨

If you have a child interested in our Future Farmers class, it isn’t too late. We would like to add 2-3 more kids to this class only. Our Tiny Tot class is full until Summer Session. 🌻🌻🌻

☀️ Pool Passes will be available after school winds down each week from 2:00–3:30 PM

What an AMAZING final day of our Fall Farm School season! We celebrated BIG with a full play day on the farm — and the kids had an absolute blast! 🤩

🎉 Play Day Fun Included:

🐶 Sweet cuddles with PUPPIES

🐄 And the MOST exciting surprise… meeting our brand-new Holstein heifer calf!

…all the farm favorites were out to celebrate with us!

We wrapped up our fall season with joy, laughter, and so many sweet memories. Watching the kids explore, learn, and fall in love with farm life has been the biggest blessing. 🍂❤️

Thank you, families, for sharing your little farmers with us this season. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back for our winter pop up classes in December, January and February at Faith Farm School! Stay tuned for upcoming dates and classes! We will return for the full 12 weeks in the Spring from March to May! We hope to see you all soon! Thank you for all the memories, friendships and a successful first farm school session!
