There are two things that Alex loves the most: Mangos and Pancakes! When Alex was 7 years old, he began experimenting with his dad, and came up with the idea of mango-flavored maple syrup! This sweet and tropical flavor is our family's favorite and we hope you will love it as much as we do! (Mango-flavored maple syrup is currently undergoing full laboratory testing, and will hit the market soon! )
Meanwhile, Alex and his dad decided to do another experiment with maple syrup, that's how the barrel-aged maple syrup was created! They purchased a freshly dumped whisky/bourbon barrel and aged dark class A maple syrup. This delicious barrel-aged maple syrup has vanilla, chocolate, coconut, cinnamon and oaky flavor.
