Founded in 1911 by Andrew Beak and George Skiff, Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is located among the rolling hills and valleys of Lafayette, NY. For over 100 years, we have cultivated our family orchard into one of New York’s most prestigious apple growers and c***ries. The 5th generation of family members has taken this commitment of quality and innovation to our line of premium, small batch 1911 Hard Ciders, Spirits and Wines and has recently ventured into the new frontier of Cannabis Farming. We control our C*D process from “seed to sale”, and it all begins in the h**p fields that are nestled within the hundreds of thousands of apple trees on our orchard.

Just a friendly reminder: we're closing at 3 PM today for a private event, with the last PYO wagon heading out at 2:30. 🍂

Don't let a little rain fool you — Beak & Skiff is just as magical in the mist 🌧️🍎

Grab a bag of fresh kettle corn, warm up with a seasonal latte from The Sweet Apple, and let the fog roll over the hills while you pick. Some of our best apple-picking days happen when it's drizzling — fewer crowds, cooler air, and views like this one waiting at the top of the hill.

Grab a bag and head out — SnapDragon® is hitting peak pick right now!

This one's a true favorite: monster crunch, a spicy-sweet flavor you won't find anywhere else, and that signature snap in every single bite. Developed by Cornell University's apple breeding program (a 10-year labor of love!), SnapDragon® has Honeycrisp in its family tree. It's excellent for eating fresh, straight off the tree.
