I’ve had several people ask about Ceviche, so I’m bringing it back this weekend! 🍤🌴

Shrimp Ceviche will be available BOTH Saturday (Hillside Hullabaloo @ Wild Leap) & Sunday (Hummingbird Festival in Hogansville)

I will also have Pernil plates, Empanadas & fresh mango pineapple juice! 🥟❤️🇩🇴

And another HUGE thank you to all of the local businesses that have invited me to set up, especially during Hispanic Heritage Month! 🇩🇴 It means so much to have the support of our community and the opportunity to share a little piece of my culture through food.

🇩🇴 This week’s special is PERNIL!

First, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out tonight! ❤️ I’m so grateful for all the love and support!

A true Dominican staple! Our pernil starts with a bone-in pork shoulder, marinated for over 24 hours in a blend of traditional Dominican seasonings.

Then it’s slow-roasted for hours until it’s juicy, packed with flavor, and so tender it pulls apart with a fork. 🤤

If you’ve never tried pernil before, this is the week to try it! I’ll have it again on Saturday at Wild Leap & Sunday at the Hummingbird festival! 🥟❤️🇩🇴
