SOURDOUGH BREAD

I think this is the BEST looking sourdough bread I made . This time I use open baking method ,no Dutch oven . Looks like I won’t be using my Dutch oven pot . ☺️.

Here’s my Recipe :

Dough
- 100g active starter
- 325 g warm water
- 500g Bread flour
- 10g salt

Not everything I Bake is perfect . I make mistake too . This is my first time making this bread , to me this looks fine but I’m not satisfied haha 😂. I bake mostly everyweek to Learn and practice . It’s okay to make mistake you’ll learn from it .
