We have a few of our organic soy free Thanksgiving turkeys not spoken for. They will be ready for pickup around the first week of November we are shooting to have them all in the 18-22 lb range so if you want one bigger we should be able to get to 25-28 but we need to know soon.

We have a half of our grassfed/finished black Angus available coming up in May Waldron Custom Meats, LLC. $4/lb hanging weight plus butcher costs should hang in the 650-700 range. John & Rachel do a great job of cutting and packaging the beef and is USDA inspected.

We also have beef available, can do beef bundles or by the cut.

We have a half of beef available now at Leona Meat Plant in troy. Here is your chance for some of our organically raised grassfed/finished black Angus beef. You pick the cuts and packaging to suit your family. Half will weigh in at approximately 350lbs at $4/lb. The butcher fee depends on extras chosen but is $.90/lb for standard cuts.

Meet Trudy... our latest bottle calf. Her mother decided that she didn't want to mother so we have been raising this little cutie. We are working on drinking from a pail instead of the bottle.

We have kicked off crazy season on the farm 🙃. The first batch of meat birds has arrived. In a few short weeks these will be organically grown farm fresh chicken dinners.

1/2 of our grassfed/finished black Angus steer available, currently aging at Waldron should be cut and ready for pickup later this week. Hanging weight of the half is 318, total $$ will be $1590. Will all be boxed up neatly and ready for pickup or we can meet up if a distance away. As always we have individual cuts, and smaller bundles available also
