How it Began....

I was introduced to Authentic Barbeque by a Friend of mine in 1998.

He and his Wife were Hosting a Large Party at their Home. Upon arrival, he showed me his “Smoker”, which was doing it’s thing with Ribs, Sausage, Turkey, along with Home-Made Barbeque Sauce for the Outdoor gathering.

The Smell was INCREDIBLE!! I was HOOKED!

After receiving a small Brinkman Charcoal Smoker as a Gift, my BBQ Journey began. The “Smoke This !!” BBQ Team was Born.
