The fruits of our labor!!! Freeze dried fruits hold up to 97% of their nutrients, did you know that? Look at the color, listen to the crunch when you bite into one, but most importantly you get 10 times more flavor since every bit of moisture is removed in the freeze drying process!

Happy New Year everyone!!

New YEAR, NEW building, and NEW beginnings for Green Nutrition and it’s absolutely beautiful 😻 congrats y’all!!! Had to fuel up with the white chocolate snickers shake to get me moving for the day! It didn’t disappoint ❤️‍🔥

We also had to match the NEW energy, duh!!! Just did a full re-stock of freeze dried candies with small bags and big bags, go get you some!
