The spice is nice.

Spice Protocol is our American lager brewed with fresh jalapeño, blood oranges and the 2025 Pink Boots Society hop blend. At 5.4% it's light and super clean with an aroma of green peppers and citrus, and a mellow heat that builds over time.

The Pink Boots hop blend we used this year is a mix of Krush, Simcoe, Mosaic & Chinook. Spice Protocol isn't hoppy, but the hops help balance the beer and give a little boost to the citrus notes.

We brewed Spice Protocol in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society, an international group empowering women in the beer industry. A portion of the proceeds of every Spice Protocol sold is donated back to the Pink Boots society, which funds a scholarship to train & educate women and non binary folk in the beer industry!

“Birdie” session IPA from Feathered Friend Brewing. Super hazy, hoppy aroma but quite crushable. Delicious.

Schneeberg from Schilling Beer Co. Seeing that deep carmel color, you’d think very sweet but it’s has an awesome earthy note and flavor.

This traditional lager, representing a historic style rarely seen outside of Bamberg Germany, pours a light amber color with an off-white head. Bready malt notes dominate, with a lingering hop bitterness on the finish. Light honeysuckle, toasted brown bread and hazelnuts give way to a light but present floral hop character.

Sours are great in hot weather.

Meet Fowl Mouth, our newest beer within our bird beer series!

Fowl Mouth is a fruited sour ale with the aroma of a floral meadow, the sweetness of ripe strawberries, & the puckery tartness of rhubarb, making this ale feel like a pint of Summer sunshine. This is a more traditional sour ale & does not contain lactose.

We highly recommend giving this tasty beer a try! 🍻
