Are you familiar with the rising popularity of Picanha? This Brazilian cut of beef, known for its rich flavor and tenderness, and has become a favorite among meat enthusiasts and chefs alike. It is experiencing a surge in popularity worldwide, particularly in the United States.

Our Wagyu/South Pole beef did not disappoint! After smoking a Picanha roast for dinner, we used the leftovers in a steak, blueberry and walnut salad for lunch the next day….. 😋

Who’s ready for burgers? 🙋‍♀️

While some of Ìolaire Farm’s organic, grass fed WagyuX is running OOS, one of our customers’ favorite products is still plentiful ❤️🍔

We’ve made lasagna, taco’s, burritos, enchiladas, meatloaf, beef stroganoff, shepherd’s pie, chili, sloppy joes….. basically if it has ground beef in it, we have probably tried that recipe with this beef

And whatever we make always tastes sooooo good!

But for a hot summer day, leading into the 4th of July, nothing beats a big, juicy burger 😋

Our organic egg production has outpaced our customer base; so we are holding a pop-up sale at the end of our road! ⛱️🥚🧾

Anyone else relieved to find their garden survived the recent frost storms?! Florida is not used to these lows ( down to 22°)!

Our Brussels sprouts are still budding successfully; looking forward to some home grown produce in near future 😋
