Good Morning everyone!!

Just wanted to post a reminder for the Florida State Fair Zebu show deadlines. These are HARD DEADLINES this year. Last year they were extremely accommodating with the loss of Bobbi and allowed registrations after the dates. That will not happen again this year. The registration process is online this year and can be found at floridastatefair.com/shows/beef/ . Any questions you can contact the fair at 813-627-4229 or email [email protected].

The first deadline is Friday, Dec. 5th.
Late Entry 1st deadline Friday, Dec. 12th
Final deadline Monday, January 12th

We appreciate the grace and patience we’ve been shown by the Zebu community this year with the loss of Bobbi. It’s been a big transitional year all around and the support means more than you know.

Another year in the books at the Florida State Fair for our annual show!! What a success!! Comment any pictures you’d like to add below! We’re thrilled to catch up with our Zebu family and make memories to last a life time. So grateful for the comradery and support shown each year and so proud of everyone’s achievements. We're extremely saddened to announce a tremendous loss to AMZA, the Zebu community, and our family. AMZA registrar Roberta 'Bobbi' Thompson passed away December 8th, 2024. AMZA will be closed through the new year as we navigate this loss but we will return. We ask for patience as we work to pick up the pieces moving forward. We apologize to anyone who hasn't heard back, we will work to respond as soon as we can. We are planning to move forward with the AMZA Sanctioned show at the Florida State Fair in February 2025.
