MEET THE TEAM: Cole Edition🌙

Hey, I’m Cole. Most of you know me from my yellow crocs, however I’m a big black t shirt aficionado with well over 30 of them. Favorite place to be is the beach, cold or hot doesn’t matter. I thought the peanut butter making was a cute, fun idea for my wife to keep her busy after she started staying at home with our 8ish month old. I never had any idea it would grow into such a beautiful oppurtunity for my wife to flex her business brain and watch her develop this amazing gift. Faith came early in life, lost it for a long while now I’m picking up the pieces again. If that’s not your jam, that’s cool, I just want everybody to find what makes them happy. I love my family, maybe not the best dad but I keep learning every day and try my best. Thank you for supporting our small business and help suggest weird hobbies that I can fill my non existent extra time with! Love you all!

So… I did a whole “Meet the Team” last month and completely forgot to introduce Cole and myself. 🫣🤣

Meet Brittany! If you’ve ever seen me out and about, you probably know me as “the peanut butter girl.” 🥰

I’m a wife and mom first, but I’m also a chicken farmer, gardener, baker, and business owner. My family is everything to me, and honestly, they’re the reason Moonlight Nuts exists.

My husband and I have been together since we were 15 years old, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. ❤️ Fun fact: the name Moonlight Nuts was inspired by Dancing in the Moonlight, one of our wedding songs!

I’ve always loved baking and creating new recipes, so dreaming up new peanut butter flavors is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I love taking my favorite desserts and turning them into something you can enjoy by the spoonful. My favorite staple flavor is Bits•N•Pieces!

I know you don’t see me at markets as much these days, but I promise I’m still here doing all the behind-the-scenes work—creating new flavors, running the website and social media, delivering orders, answering messages, and keeping this little dream moving. Markets have just gotten a little harder with two busy boys who are now 3 and 5. 😅

Thank you all for supporting this crazy dream of ours over the last 5 years. Every order, every kind message, every comment, and every recommendation to a friend means more than you’ll ever know.
