It's official: our beloved 1900 "farmhouse" and 9.5 acres goes on the market this Saturday! We put a lot of love into it these past nine years and a lot of "guys" work as well (including purchasing and knocking down the house next door, installing a new 4 bedroom septic, and running electric and water acess up the hill for farm use), so it's feeling very bittersweet. But we're praying another family will be as blessed by it as we were. ♥️

If you know anyone looking to live in the charming town of Lafayette who wants to do some homesteading (or ATVing! Or hiking! Or hunting!), send them our way. We have phenomenal taxes, super easy commuter access to route 15 and the property is already woodlot assessed.

(And for those of you wondering, "where are you going?" And " What about the pork?!", don't worry! We're moving just 5 minutes up the road to another farm property!

We are currently taking reservations for our Fall 2024 pigs! Pork pickup will be available early/mid October this year.
Whole pigs cost $6.50 a lb for hanging weight, plus any smoking/sausage fees (if that's how you choose to process your pig. As always, you will choose how your pig is butchered 🙂)
Deposits are $250 by cash, check(please make out any checks to Katie or Nate Bennett), or Venmo.
