Cajun Heat

Cajun Heat 𝗚𝗘𝗔𝗨𝗫 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗡® Growing up only a few miles from the Cajun Coast provided us with access to an abundance of fresh seafood and wildlife.

At an early age, we were introduced to outdoor Cajun Cooking during our family boucherie. As part of meal preparation the family would use a garlic pepper sauce, a hot sauce or chow chow. They were used to season, stuff, tenderize and marinate all of our meats. The garlic pepper sauce was also applied directly to a cooked meal enhancing the flavor.
