Thank you Lafayette for showing up and showing us SO much love and support!

Thank you The Alley Downtown for having us!

And most importantly, thank you to our people who selflessly put in hours and hours to help us prep, load, unload, cook, serve, clean up, bring the laughs, and so much more. Y'all are the reason we were able to vend at our first Festival International de Louisiane!

Y'all will be seeing this Barbacoa Rice & Gravy again!

Seminole pumpkins!

Not sure if it was the chill in the air or the massive amount of pumpkins that I grew this year but I had to make pumpkin pie. I used the whole pumpkin here, even made some local honey roasted seeds! If you've never grown Seminole pumpkins before, they are a heat tolerant pumpkin and you only need 1 or 2 plants to stock your pantry with them. Stay tuned for my next did you know you could grow where I show you some things you can do with this awesome staple crop!!!
