Today is Juneteenth.

Since 1865 it’s been Juneteenth, and it always will be, no matter the administration.

So today we commemorate Juneteenth and honor the significance of freedom, equality, and opportunity for Black Americans. We reflect on our history and recommit to building a more inclusive future.

This weekend, we're donating net proceeds from our Juneteenth slushy to .in, so they can continue supporting the welfare and social needs of the Black community in Indiana.

We just won Best Liquor Store. Which is impressive considering we have exactly zero bottles of liquor.

Thanks for proving great drinks don't always need alcohol ✌️

I've been a downtown Lafayette business owner for 20+ years and my heart aches for our small business community right now.

We've lost six businesses just on our block recently, and I'm being told there are more to come.

These photos are taken from just a portion of our downtown, our local community. I couldn't even fit them all in this post (max 20 images).

Something needs to change. I don't have many answers but hope this post boosts awareness to the challenges in our community, and sparks conversations that lead to real change.

I do know this. Now is the time, possibly more than ever, to shop local and support your favorite small businesses.
