As we wind down our last weekend to sell crawfish, I just want to say THANK YOU to all of the supporters of our small business. The last few years have been a tremendous journey. I have met some great people and learned a lot, not only about the seafood business but about myself. I want to also thank my employees. I could not have done this without you guys. I am extremely grateful to my family for the sacrifices that they have made for me to run this business. It isn’t easy on them and I love them for being patient and understanding of what this journey meant. The decision to close our doors wasn’t easy, but my family is more important and other opportunities have presented themselves. Once again, thank you so much for the love and support that you have given us. We are forever grateful!
